Terms of Use

1. What the Service does

The Service edits and creates images with artificial intelligence models: effects, text-based edits, Copy Shot (recreating a shot with your face), the AI agent, upscaling and background removal, as well as tools that run right on your device.

2. Age and account

• The Service is intended for users aged [18] and over.
• A guest account is created on your first visit. You can link it to an email and password or to Google, so your gallery and coins are kept when you switch devices. A guest account may be lost if you clear your browser data.
• Keep your password secret. You're responsible for actions taken through your account.

3. Coins

• Coins are in-app units used to pay for generations. They are not money, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to other users.
• The cost of each operation in coins is shown in the app before you start it.
• If a generation fails or the result doesn't pass moderation, the coins are refunded automatically.
• We may change the number of free coins and the cost of operations. Terms for buying coins will be published separately once payments are available.

4. Your content

• You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You give us the right to process them only to operate the Service: store them, send them to AI models and show you the results.
• We don't use your photos to train models.
• You may use generated results for any lawful purpose, respecting the rights of third parties and the terms of the model providers.
• You may upload photos of other people. You confirm that you have the right to use these images, and you're responsible for how you use the results.

5. What's not allowed

• Explicit or sexual content, nudity.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or otherwise inappropriate context.
• Shocking or violent content, and content that breaks the law.
• Using results to deceive, defraud, defame, harass, impersonate someone or mislead people (for example, fake “evidence” or political disinformation).
• Attempts to bypass moderation, limits and protection, automated access, and creating accounts to collect bonuses.

Requests and results are checked by automated moderation. Prohibited content is blocked; if you break these rules, we may restrict or close access to your account.

6. About AI

AI models can make mistakes: they may distort details, faces, text and proportions. Results won't always match your expectations. When you publish generated images, please mention that they were made with AI where possible — in some countries this is required.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable, but we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions and errors, including those caused by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for how you use the results.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms. We'll let you know about significant changes in the app. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Governing law and contact
